WebLychee has a reallly sensitive model inspector. That is a good thing, potentially. Sometimes a couple of holes will not make a difference to your ptint. When i encounter this i usually try and fix in Lychee with the repair button. Then go straight to the model preview and drag the slider on the right all the way to the top.
