I cant see where you would be disappointed in these reels. If you are going to be fishing it with braided line go with the 15, it holds a ton of line. It would also hold a decent amount of mono. 40 pound mono, I would go with the 20 size. Just my opinion.

There are new Fathom Star Drags with more # of drag and 4.8:1 gear, which seems like an excellent all-around combo in 15 or 25 size. Enough speed and some pulling power as well.
