CarPlay is disabled in your iPhone, go to ‘Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps’ and enable both CarPlay and Siri. The Lightning-to-USB cable you’re using is defective. Try a different cable, preferably original Apple cable.
