The staff seemed proficient but also some what numb to the patients I assume because of the detachment that sometimes occurs working in a place with high emotions like that for long periods of time. WebTacachale is a very demanding work place. They have a call-In policy if someone call-In the person on the schedule have to stay over and work a total of 16 hours sometimes come back and have to do it all over again. Mentally exhausting.
